I created, animated, and applied VFX to the ThirdWeb logo, combining a sleek, futuristic design with a 1970s VHS aesthetic. The logo itself has smooth metallic finishes and dynamic reflections, giving it a cutting-edge, high-tech feel. To bring in the retro influence, I styled the animation with VHS-inspired textures, adding subtle scan lines, chromatic aberration, and a soft CRT glow. I also introduced slight tracking distortions, grainy overlays, and glitch effects to give it that analog warmth, making it feel like a lost artifact from a retro-futuristic future. By blending high-end 3D motion design with vintage imperfections, I created a unique fusion of old-school and new-school aesthetics that perfectly aligns with ThirdWeb’s forward-thinking identity.
